The characteristics of semi-rigid flexibles

Composition and materials used

The flexible semi-rigid is made up of a profiled spring and metal wire. The latter is inserted between each spir of the spring, which gives the flexible its so -called memory mechanical properties. At Abeillon, we use high quality materials such as steel, stainless steel, brass, coated galvanized steels and copper coated to guarantee the robustness and sustainability of our products.

Dimensions and fittings

Semi-rigid hose is available in a wide range of dimensions, with diameters ranging from 2.6 mm to 21.00 mm. To ensure optimal compatibility with your devices, we offer different tips and fixing fittings. These elements can be adapted to your specific needs, thus offering great flexibility of use:

Outdoor/interior diameters (in mm): ranging from 2.6/0.7 to 21.00/10.00 or 12
Tenants and outlets: tips or fixing fittings at each end of the support offering many connection possibilities with your devices (to be agreed among our fittings in stock or in a case case depending on the specificity of the need),
The possible association of rigid elements or reinforcement: tubes, reinforcement cuff, other elements of reinforcement
The implementation of different dressing solutions: paint, PVC ducts, polyolefin sheaths, surface treatments (chromage, etc.)
